At Wellness on 1st, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. When they do, we simply ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible.
Our practitioners are compensated based on the appointments they provide. When an appointment is cancelled with little notice or missed entirely, there is often not enough time to offer that appointment to another client, resulting in lost income for the practitioner who reserved that time for you.
Our Attendance Policy isn't intended to be punitive. It helps us respect and protect our practitioners' time while also allowing us to continue providing flexible appointment availability to our clients.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Thank you for respecting the time that has been reserved for you and the practitioners who are here to care for you. We truly appreciate your understanding and your support of our local wellness community.
