Jackie is a Manual Osteopathic Therapist dedicated to helping clients restore functional harmony and reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful, sustainable way. Her approach is shaped by a diverse clinical and movement background, including training in Osteopathic Manual Therapy through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, continued education in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute International, a diploma in Kinesiology, a past certification as a Personal Trainer, and over a decade of experience studying and teaching yoga as a 500-hour certified instructor trained in India.
At the core of Jackie’s practice is the understanding that the nervous system shapes every aspect of how we experience pain, tension, stress, and recovery. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, she works with the body as a whole system that is constantly adapting to both internal and external demands. Through her training in Craniosacral Therapy (CS-1, CS-2, SER-1, and SER-2), she supports the body’s innate ability to shift out of states of heightened stress and protection and into deeper patterns of regulation and ease.
Using gentle osteopathic and craniosacral techniques, she helps create the conditions for the nervous system to soften, unwind, and reorganize out of chronic patterns of tension and holding. This process of down-regulation is central to her work, as it allows the body to move away from survival-based responses and toward a greater sense of safety, balance, and restoration. Jackie also incorporates training in Osteo Articulations, Visceral Manipulation, and Myofascial Techniques, supporting the body’s capacity to regulate and self-correct when given the right conditions.
