Hello, my name is Rae, and I am thrilled to begin my practice as a Student Massage Therapist at Wellness on 1st. I am currently in the final year of my Massage Therapy program and am excited to continue developing my skills in a clinical setting.
My approach blends therapeutic soft-tissue techniques with a relaxing, restorative touch to help relieve stress, ease physical tension, and support overall well-being. I have experience with myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, intra-oral massage, hydrotherapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), muscle energy techniques, and Swedish massage.
I can also incorporate orthopedic assessments before treatment when appropriate to help better understand areas of pain, tension, or restricted movement and tailor the session to each client’s individual needs.
I look forward to working collaboratively with my clients to create treatments that support their individual goals and help them feel their best.
