Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive, fully clothed treatment that influences the entire body through the reflex points of the feet and/or hands. The entire body is mapped out on the bottom of the feet through these reflex points. Using gentle but firm thumb and finger technique, pressure is applied to the reflex points. Stimulation of these points stimulate the area of the body that it is connected to it energetically which can help the body re-balance itself. 

​Reflexology can be a very relaxing treatment, although some clients actually find it energizes them as well afterwards. Reflexology has been shown to have many therapeutic benefits including reducing pain, increasing blood flow, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing anxiety.  

Thai Reflexology

Thai Foot Reflexology uses the same meridians from Chinese medicine (called Sen lines in Thai Reflexology) and the Reflexology map of the acupressure points on the feet and lower leg. It differs from traditional reflexology slightly, in that a wooden tool is used to apply pressure to the points on your feet rather than the practitioner's thumb and more focus is placed on the Sen lines of the lower leg.

Ear Seeds

Ear Seeds are tiny varicella or stainless steel balls that are placed onto corresponding Acupuncture points on the ear and a small band aid is placed over top. The seeds are left in place to allow the points to be stimulated for 3-7 days.
