Born and raised in Calgary, Dr. Shreya Mistry has always had a deep passion for holistic medicine. This interest led her to pursue a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Health at the University of British Columbia, where she discovered her calling in naturopathic medicine. She went on to earn her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2024.
Dr. Mistry is especially passionate about supporting patients who are navigating the pressures of a busy life while managing complex health concerns. She has a particular clinical interest in metabolic health, hormonal imbalances, fertility, and digestive issues—areas where modern stress often takes a toll.
