My name is Sydney, I am a registered massage therapist with my 2200 hour training from Vicars School of Massage Therapy. I am most passionate about the holistic approach to wellbeing and looking at the body as a whole. My goal is to bring solutions and tools to help decrease pain & stress for my clients. I am trained in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, relaxation, pre/post-natal massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
My passion for overall health and mental wellbeing began after I took a Yin yoga Level 1 training back in 2019. This shifted my attitude towards my personal health goals and had me curious about what more I can do to help others along their own pain free journey! Which led me straight into massage therapy!
In my spare time I love getting outside any chance I get with my dog and enjoying the sunshine & fresh air. I am often taking barre classes or at the gym as my favourite ways to keep up my active lifestyle. I am also big on spending time with loved ones, family and friends any chance I get!
