Lindsay Vajta is a Registered Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience, specializing in pain management, mobility, and a range of therapeutic treatments. She completed a 2200-hour certification program and continues to expand her knowledge through various trainings. Lindsay also completed Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, which has deepened her personal meditation practice through breath and movement.
