From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. Her customer service is truly above and beyond she’s so sweet, thoughtful, and always takes the time to check up on you before, during, and after your sessions.
Danielle really listens to your concerns and tailors each treatment with so much care and intention. You can feel how much she genuinely loves helping her patients and is dedicated to their well-being. Every visit leaves me feeling relaxed, supported, and so much better than when I walked in.

Lindsay has been wonderful! I have gone 2 times now and each time I have left feeling so much better than when I came. She makes me feel comfortable, and seems very knowledgeable. I have a lot of muscle issues and after each massage I have felt the difference. I have gone to multiple massage therapists looking for someone who made me feel at ease and listened to and like each massage was helping me and Lindsay was the answer! I will be going to her for all of my massages! Highly recommend!

Susan is fantastic! She has fixed adhesions in my chest from mutiple failed reconstructive surgeries. She gave me hope after trying endless other treatment modalities that have also failed. I can move my pectoral muscle freely without pain after 5 years. I’m forever grateful to her and her expertise as well as compassionate care.

Had an excellent experience with Lindsay today. She was a wonderful massage therapist, super knowledgeable and friendly, and so highly skilled in locating the problem spots and making them feel better. She found the root of my back problems and I was super impressed. Great clinic and receptionist as well! Definitely will be back next week

I had a wonderful experience at Wellness on 1st, initially going to try the facial treatments offered here. The staff are friendly and professional and the space is so cozy and cute! The treatment was relaxing, even for my first time trying accupuncture, and I noticed improvements in my skin after only a couple visits, including reduced puffiness and fine lines around my eyes and brow. Highly recommend this approach for anyone interested in anti-aging treatments that aren't botox or fillers...and covered by benefits! Ended up booking a full body treatment after trying the facial and highly recommend for overall stress relief.

I have been recovering from cancer surgery on my face. I still have swelling, numbness and scarring. Lindsey worked to stimulate the blood flow and manipulated some of the swelling. The swelling has decreased!

Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Shreya for your naturopathic needs. I truly cannot say enough good about her. She is personable, bubbly, professional and always leaves me feeling confident about the next steps on my health journey. I have had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Lindsay and Kathleen. I recently had an osteopath appointment with Salma as well. And honestly they have a staff built with quality. It is so hard to find good body health practitioners who are good at their job and care about your health and body.
